Mester24 is a fast-growing startup building a modern home services portal. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, collecting key details, and coordinating information with our internal team.

This role is fully remote and requires working only with a company-provided smartphone. Your main goal is to ensure customers are answered quickly and their requests are properly documented and shared with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls during working hours
  
• Collect customer details (name, address, service request, preferred time, etc.)
  
• Post customer request details into our internal group channel
  
• Call customers back when needed to confirm missing details
  
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction after service is completed
  
• Maintain clear, professional communication and accurate information sharing

Mester24 is a startup building a modern service marketplace platform. We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to help us build and integrate AI-powered and e-commerce automation solutions — including Gemini integrations, Shopify workflows, and scalable backend services deployed on Google Cloud Run.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building real products fast, owns tasks end-to-end, and can deliver clean architecture and working integrations (not just prototypes).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full stack features for Mester24 platform and internal tools
  
• Develop Gemini AI integrations (prompt flows, automation, intelligent routing, summarization, etc.)
  
• Create and maintain Shopify integrations (apps, webhooks, APIs, order/product/customer workflows)
  
• Build microservices and backend APIs deployed on Google Cloud Run
  
• Implement secure authentication and data handling (tokens, API keys, permissions)
  
• Connect systems: internal portals, Shopify, AI services, messaging channels, CRM-like workflows
  
• Improve performance, reliability, and logging/monitoring in production environments
  
• Participate in architecture decisions and deliver scalable solutions quickly
  

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer
  
• Proven experience with Shopify API / Shopify app development / webhooks
  
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Cloud Run
  
• Experience integrating AI models / LLMs (Gemini preferred)
  
• Strong backend development skills (APIs, databases, integrations)
  
• Ability to plan, deliver, and communicate clearly in a startup environment
  
• Strong debugging skills and ability to work independently with ownership
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Firebase / Firestore
  
• CI/CD pipelines for Cloud Run deployments
  
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms
  
• Knowledge of webhook security, rate limits, and Shopify best practices

Mester24 is expanding our network of trusted specialists and we are looking for an experienced Door Installation Master who can professionally install wooden interior/exterior doors at customer locations.

This role is perfect for a skilled craftsman who has their own portable tools and is able to travel to clients, complete full installation independently, and deliver a high-quality result.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer location and carry out full door installation
  
• Install wooden doors including:
  
  Accurate door fitting and leveling
  
  Angle cut of door corners (when required)
  
  Cutting and adjusting door size if needed
  
  
• Install door hardware and accessories:
  
  Door lock installation
  
  Handles installation
  
  Hinges fitting and adjustment
  
  Door accessories (stoppers, seals, etc.)
  
  
• Communicate professionally with the customer and confirm job details
  
• Provide clean finishing and quality result (no damage, clean working area)
  

Requirements

• Proven experience installing wooden doors (interior/exterior)
  
• Ability to do precise cutting and adjustments on-site
  
• Own portable installation equipment/tools
  
• Ability to travel to customer locations independently (car/van)
  
• Strong responsibility and clean workmanship
  
• Punctual and customer-friendly communication
